The online payment service offered by BB&T Association Services allows our associations to accept homeowner payments online by using American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and MasterCard Debit®.

To take advantage of this service your community must be banking with BB&T and you must have your current coupon book with the required codes.

Request A Payment Voucher and Pay By PayPal Using Any Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Bank Debit Card. There is a 10% processing fee to pay assessments by credit or debit using PayPal.
Please include Your Name, Community Name, and the Addresses for which you would like to make payments.

Automatic Payments

Sign up for BB&T Association Services Auto Draft (ACH) Payment Option for easy, on-time payments. To take advantage of this service your community must be banking BB&T and you must have your current coupon book with the required codes.
