Owner Responsibilities
I acknowledge receipt of the Access Control Device(s) listed above and understand
that I am responsible for the use, control, and access it provides for the reason
stated above.
I will immediately report the loss of the Access Control Device(s) to SRK Residential
Communities. Replacement costs for the Device(s) are the Owner's responsibility and
will be billed at the time of replacement.
I further acknowledge that duplication of Access Control Device(s) is prohibited. The
Access Control Device(s) are the property of the community specified above.
Access Control Device(s) are defined as Keys, Proxy Cards or other NFC devices,
Remote Control Devices, Scan Tags, or Scan Stickers or Codes.
